What will you need to do:

  • Develop the marketing and sales funnel for different businesses.
  • Sales copywriting ads aligning with our clients' tone of voice.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ideate, develop and optimize creative assets for ads and landing pages.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensuring each client receives a strong ROI from our work and is accountable for the performance.
  • Prepare and report the performance of the campaigns with clients (monthly, fortnightly and weekly).
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Perform lead audits via calls.

You would be a good asset if you have:

  • Strong sales copywriting skills in English & stakeholder management
  • Google Search, Google PMAX
  • Facebook Advertising, Instagram Advertising, TikTok Advertising, Email Marketing
  • Experience running A/B tests
  • Experience lander CRO
  • Data Analytics skills, including experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Experience managing campaigns for B2B and B2C clients
  • Experience with GTM, GA4, Hotjar/Clarity
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JS is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO, Programmatic and mobile ads is a plus
  • Experience with automation tools like Make or Zapier is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
