Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
  • Present and demonstrate InfoConnect’s solutions to prospective clients and partners,
    effectively showcasing their value and impact.
  • Actively manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a hunter mindset to seek and seize new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product improvements.
  • Represent InfoConnect at conferences, meetings, and other industry events to build relationships and strengthen our market presence.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or information management solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong network of industry decision-makers.
  • Adept at solution sales, with the ability to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Deep understanding of channel-centric go-to-market strategies and experience working with channel partners.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
