1. Oversee the overall management and maintenance of building facilities and common areas.

2. Attend to complaints from owners/tenants inquiries service requests and resolve issues promptly, effectively and professionally.

3. Ensure timely and efficient collection of service charges and other charges in accordance to company’s procedures, rules, Strata management Act 2013 and other relevant by-laws.

4. Work closely with contractors, suppliers and external parties on all issues regarding to the building and ensure optimum performance at all time.

5. Report to building management council issues related to facilities and common areas in the building during the management council meetings.

6. Manage day to day management and maintenance operations of common areas and facilities.

7. Ensure effective implementation of the system and its compliance with relevant acts, laws, rules and regulation.

8. To perform HR related matters such as registration staff attendance and leave forms to be submitted to HR Department, and monitor administration work by Admin Staff.

9. Coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments with Technician & Handyman, and administer actions plan consistently.

10. Report & receive instruction from Account/Building Manager or any other superior assigned by the company.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
