Fabricator Foreman

• Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, welders, and machine operators.
• Review project blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure that materials are fabricated according to customer requirements.
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow.
• Ensure all fabricators follow proper procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of fabrication tools and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and ensure timely restocking to avoid delays.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues, providing solutions and guidance to team members.
• Ensure that all fabrication work is completed within specified timelines and budgets.
• Train and mentor junior fabricators, providing guidance on techniques, safety practices, and efficient work methods.
• Other duties will be assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Fabricator Foreman: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
