Job Description
1. Standardized Operations Management - Maintain customer cloud platform stability through risk governance, product changes and upgrades, and emergency response to failures. - Continuously optimize resources and performance to help customers improve cloud efficiency. - Promote the supportability and continuous improvement of cloud product operational capabilities from a user perspective, reducing the difficulty of cloud platform operations. 2. Standardized Delivery (Non-public Cloud) - Responsible for formulating project integration solutions and implementing standardized delivery, identifying and mitigating technical risks before implementation. - Set deliverability standards for cloud computing, big data, AI and other products, and quality construction and standard output of data center systems. Continuously improve the serviceability and quality of products, and establish knowledge bases, delivery tools, process optimization, and methodologies. - Build and cultivate the deliverability capacity of the ecosystem to help customers achieve ultimate business value. 3. Standardized Cloud Migration - Assist customers in migrating their businesses to cloud and optimizing usage, providing technical services such as application/big data architecture design, localization of databases, performance tuning of applications/big data, data governance, and data platform construction. Provide industry-best practices and solutions for cloud products. 4. Technical Support - Act as the principal contact to resolve technical issues encountered by customers using Alibaba Cloud services and maintain cloud platform stability. - Provide customers with best practices, guidance, and training to help them fully leverage Alibaba Cloud's features and services. - Offer comprehensive cloud technical support, cost optimization, maturity assessment and consulting. 5. Technical Consulting and Planning - As a technical expert, understand the customer's IT strategy and direction, combine cloud products to provide deep technical consulting, architecture recommendations, product selection, and related solutions, becoming a long-term partner in the customer's digital transformation. 6. Cloud Optimization - By deeply understanding business needs, design and optimize system architecture, build business continuity, design and implement monitoring systems, guide routine disaster recovery drills to improve stability and reliability of cloud-based businesses, ensuring system performance and response speed under high concurrency. - Achieve intelligent monitoring and early warning, enhance customer business efficiency and user experience 7. Client Relationship Building and Business Development - Identify key decision-makers among clients, initiate conversations in their language, gain their trust, uncover product and technical needs, form effective business opportunities and follow through with commitments.
Position Requirement
• Bachelor (or above) degree. • Over 5 years of experience in solutions, architecture design, server-side development, delivery, and operations related to large-scale internet applications or group enterprise applications. • Preferably with a technical background, experience in large-scale application development or operations based on cloud products. • Possess operational management capabilities, with the ability to comprehensively manage and optimize the client's system, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the cloud platform. • Capable of coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to independently manage simple customer projects or complex internal projects, meet the service delivery SLA, and achieve high satisfaction from clients or business parties. • Accurately identify and categorize customers and key stakeholders, establishing different response measures for different customer groups. • Create an atmosphere conducive to communication, grasp the main points, listen effectively, and express clearly. • Good service awareness, able to follow through with customer issues to the end, genuinely assist customers in solving problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. • For specific areas, capable of communicating with senior-level customers when prepared. • Possess systematic and comprehensive solution design and architectural capabilities, able to provide reliable solutions for clients in complex technical environments. • Capable of decomposing complex technical problems to form comprehensive technical assessments and solution strategies. • Able to independently complete a basic system architecture design involving one single technical product. • Master practical case studies in common business scenarios and can customize optimization solutions such as high-availability optimization, cloud support, capacity planning, architectural optimization, disaster recovery construction, cost assessment and optimization based on client business scenarios. Able to specifically identify customer risks and effectively implement solutions. • Possesses understanding and application experience in one or more domains including cloud-native, big data, databases, networking, middleware, etc. • Holds specialized technical expertise relevant to the supported business lines. • Understands the system architecture across products, enabling solution design or problem troubleshooting based on this knowledge. • Has insights into customers' business stages and pain points, identifies customer needs during delivery and post-sale services, and closely follows and advances key discussions with mid and high-level customer executives to create business opportunities. • Discerns and understands customers' business opportunities and needs, consolidates Alibaba Cloud's current products and service solutions, offering competitive solutions that promote customer re-purchasing or expansion of cooperation scope.
