Customer Service (E-commerce):

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada).
  • Handle customer complaints, process refunds, and manage returns efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback on online platforms.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.

Offline Sales (Non-Walk-In):

  • Handle offline customer orders initiated through non-e-commerce platforms (e.g., direct messages, phone calls, email, or WhatsApp).
  • Manage invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups for offline sales.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to process and ship offline orders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering tailored solutions and follow-ups.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent

· Basic understanding on content writing/editing. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Willingness to learn

· Familiar with marketing computer software and social media platforms

· Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

· Able to work overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
