Customer Service (E-commerce):
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada).
- Handle customer complaints, process refunds, and manage returns efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and troubleshooting issues.
- Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback on online platforms.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Offline Sales (Non-Walk-In):
- Handle offline customer orders initiated through non-e-commerce platforms (e.g., direct messages, phone calls, email, or WhatsApp).
- Manage invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups for offline sales.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to process and ship offline orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering tailored solutions and follow-ups.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent
· Basic understanding on content writing/editing. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Willingness to learn
· Familiar with marketing computer software and social media platforms
· Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· Able to work overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
