About the Job
A well known spices and herb industry where it is used in our daily meal. As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with Marketing Manager to bring out your strategic planning and skills to push the sales of the products by identifying the target market and consumer. You will handle one of the spices and herbs to ensure the product is quality. An opportunity for you to travel, join the events, and explore the market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make strategic planning for products that have been assigned to achieve sales objectives, profit and target percentages of monthly and annual.
  • To ensure the planning and implementation activity to follow the strategy has been set to achieve sales target and off take customers.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the strategy and the report must be submitted to the Marketing Manager.
  • Work together with the Promotion Manager to ensure the strategy has been planned to achieve the same objective.
  • Work together with the Research & Development Department and Market Research Department in the production of new products and the improvement of existing products.
  • Lead and collaborate with distributor, agency or other departments related to product management.
  • Make a visitation to the distributor at least once a month (not including the Central Area) and prepare the report a week after the visitation.
  • Submission report – Product report, sales target report, product promotion report, 3 months budget rolling report, sell in report and etc.
  • Make analysis report development by monthly and annual.
  • Do action plans to be taken for each national and regional distributor.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or in any related field.
  • Must have experience in FMCG industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar fields & positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
