JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Office and Small Parcel Dispatcher to support our warehouse team and office administration operations. This role requires a highly organized individual to ensure timely delivery of small parcels and critical documents, contributing to smooth daily operations across the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily small parcel dispatch for the entire warehouse team, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of ambient shipments within the assigned areas.
  • Support the office administration team by delivering and collecting permits and documents from regulatory bodies (e.g., NPRA) and hospitals.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of documents and parcels to maintain their integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with relevant teams to optimize efficiency and avoid delays.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all deliveries and collections, including timestamps and recipients’ signatures, for tracking and accountability purposes.
  • Communicate proactively with teams to address any issues or delays in the delivery process.
  • Conduct daily pre-checks of the motorcycle to ensure it is in safe working condition and equipped for deliveries.
  • Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling documents or parcels.
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with external parties such as regulatory bodies and hospital staff.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT:

  • Possess a minimum SPM qualification or high school graduates or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices.
  • Preference for males with experience working as a Dispatch/ Logistic/ Warehouse assistant.
  • Possess own motorcycle with valid B2 driving license for dispatch duties.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, packing, and transporting packages as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
  • Responsible, diligent, and disciplined.
  • No criminal record.
  • Based in Teraju Pharma's Warehouse at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately or within one week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
