We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Business and Human Resource Intern. This internship opportunity is ideal for candidates currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. The intern will gain practical experience in various aspects of business operations and human resource management while working closely with our experienced professionals. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop essential skills and enhance your understanding of the business and human resource functions within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, coordinating training schedules, and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Support HR team in various administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and filing.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with different departments to support business projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Take part in meetings and brainstorming sessions to provide input and share ideas.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in business and human resource management.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM750.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
