Job Summary:

You will play a key role in supporting the HR and administrative functions at Speedoc Malaysia. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, administration, and organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support the coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws in all HR activities.
  • Assist in IT asset management, including tracking, updating inventory records, and coordinating with the IT team for asset allocation and retrieval.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
