Responsibilities: • Assist in hosting live sessions to promote our innovative products on social media platforms. • Support the team in engaging with customers via WhatsApp and other communication channels. • Assist with order follow-ups, including payment updates and receipt issuance. • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions in a timely and professional manner. • Contribute to creative digital marketing activities to enhance Jari Tajwid’s social media presence. • Assist in collaborating with influencers to promote products and increase brand visibility. • Help ensure all customer interactions align with the company's standards. Requirements: • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). • A passion for education, especially in Tajweed or related subjects. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Creative, proactive, and eager to contribute ideas.
