Deputy Manager, Operations Manager

1. Operations Management Oversee daily school operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. Manage logistics, maintenance, and facilities to create a safe and efficient environment. 2. Team Leadership Supervise and support staff to meet operational goals. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to maintain standards. 3. Policy Implementation Enforce school policies and procedures across operations. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. 4. Resource Optimization Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and reduce unnecessary expenses. Plan for infrastructure improvements and future growth. 5. Problem-Solving & Reporting Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruption. Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements to the senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, informative, and aligned with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported - Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including tests, projects, and presentations - Provide feedback to students and parents on student progress and areas for improvement - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current on educational trends Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Teaching certification or license - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (languages required: Mandarin or Cantonese to deal with Mandarin and Cantonese speaking parents ) - Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles - Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
