Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding and Implementation: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and assist in the installation and setup of software solutions. Guide clients through the entire implementation process, from initial planning to deployment, ensuring project timelines are met. Provide training and support to client teams to ensure successful adoption of the product. Customization and Configuration: Configure and tailor software systems to meet client-specific needs based on gathered requirements and business processes. Collaborate with the development team to adjust configurations or recommend custom solutions if necessary. Troubleshoot software-related problems and collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues quickly. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of the software systems to ensure that they are functioning correctly and meeting client specifications before going live. Monitor the initial usage of the software post-implementation, providing post-deployment support and adjustments as needed. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of implementation processes, configurations, customizations, and any client-specific requirements. Prepare user manuals, best practice guides, and other documentation for clients. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Provide feedback to product teams on user experience and potential product improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in software implementation, technical support, or a similar role. Strong understanding of software applications, IT systems, and business processes. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for client site visits Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the IT or software industry.
