FIELD MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1. Provide resident construction supervision of works as Owner’s Engineer and management of BV QA/QC inspection services team. 2. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly progress review meeting and Guiding Owner Team as necessary. 3. Review all pre-fab and installation construction engineering deliverables including procedures, plans, drawings, specifications, QA/QC documentation, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), etc. 4. Coordinate with Owner, EPC for construction execution 5. B&V site team management and Safety aspect compliance. 6. Provide the inspection and witness services per agreed ITP and Witness Points, SAT, and other major milestone test on the site 7. Provide inspection services of off-site manufacturing / fabrication facilities, off-site storage / laydown facilities, storage of imported equipment and packages/crates, as required. 8. Verify the provision of QA/QC records and certificates. 9. Verify mechanical completion as per the contract and compile the punch list and non-conformance reports. 10. Verify compliance or variance to project construction schedule and manpower and safety management 11. Review and discuss construction progress management 12. Coordinate with Owner and EPC for Mechanical Completion and construction turnover 13. Turnover package walkdown arrangement and punch list management 14. Coordinate with EPC engineering team for resolution of engineering issue during construction stage 15. Commissioning support from construction section 16. Review commissioning schedule and commissioning team management 17. Project warranty support Project Close Out 18. site issues discussion with EPC and Owner, claim management, verify engineering changes 19. commissioning schedule and commissioning team management 20. final project close out and document handover involved in warranty issue discussion
