About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Copier Division team based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth for our industry-leading copy and print solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new products and services
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the copy/print industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
