Responsibilities:

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a positive work culture through engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee performance and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Identify skill gaps and create tailored training programs.
  • Implement leadership and succession planning initiatives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training and modify as necessary.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Support managers in developing performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics across the organization.
  • Manage payroll processes in coordination with the finance team.
  • Evaluate and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure proper communication and utilization of employee benefits.
  • Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor workforce trends and plan for future talent needs.
  • Lead restructuring or organizational change initiatives when necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication between employees and leadership.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR& Payroll is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.
  • Hands on experience with HR software like HRMS, HRIS, etc
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Applications/ Formula
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
