We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager to oversee our growth and campaigns across various regions. You will work closely with stakeholders across global and regional teams across multiple channels in multiple languages and cultures.

Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9:00pm from Monday to Friday (Fully onsite)

Job Description

Campaign Planning, Execution and Management:

  • Define clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Performance Drivers (KPDs) across paid channels to deliver the business results.
  • Define Paid Media Strategy to enable regional teams to drive acquisition programs.
  • Participate in all aspects of the paid media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with other leads to create and execute comprehensive 360 integrated marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEM, paid media, content marketing and offline activation that delivers against acquisition and/or retention objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities within the region to inform defensive and offensive strategies.
  • Responsible for all tasks related to paid campaigns including keyword research, audience research, conversions rates, bidding strategy, landing page optimization, ad copy and campaign management.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders (web developers, content team, etc.) for content optimisation, journey mapping to maximise ad score.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.

Partnership & Vendor Management:

  • Evaluate and select potential partners and vendors based on their capabilities and alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with selected partners and vendors, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Monitor agency performance and hold regular performance reviews to track progress and ensure strategic alignment.

Management:

  • Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush to monitor key performance metrics and gain insights into campaign performance and user behaviour.
  • Monitor and stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.
  • Mine existing data to determine quick win opportunities.
  • Work closely with the management and business unit owners on go-to-market plan.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of performance and digital marketing experience, with a track record of driving new customer growth in Financial Services/Banking/FinTech or similar sectors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business management/marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Past experience on planning and executing offline event successfully.
  • Budget management.
  • Relevant experiences on Google SEO.
  • Fluent in English and the ability to converse in Mandarin is highly advantageous for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Experience with website analytics and tracking technologies.

Job Type: Full-time
