Job Title: Healthcare Customer Support
Location: KL Sentral
Job Type: Full Time | Night Shift (Rotation Shift)
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week (Mon-Sun), permanent night shift, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotation Shift- 9hrs).
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Upto RM 4000 - RM 4500 (depends on interview)
- Incentives: KPI bonus up to RM300, night shift allowance up to RM320
Start Date: 20th January
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in voice channel customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin (or Cantonese) and English.
- Proficient in computer skills and able to handle difficult customer situations.
- Local residents preferred only.
