Key Job Accountabilities Drive Team to Meet All Materials KPIs • Escalation level for MTM on any customer/materials related issues • Collaborate with regional commodity/SCM team to optimize inventory and SCM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of materials management Flawless Execution • Oversee the total materials (procurement and planning) process • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement on materials KPIs and materials labor cost Provide Guidance and Set Goals to Materials Team • Provide mentoring/coaching to MTM, DA and buyers to ensure customer demands are well executed without compromising Plexus internal metrics • Cascade down the key KPIs goal and ensure fulfilment of the set goals Contingency and Change Management • Work collaboratively with various functional teams to ensure contingency plans are in place to deal with changes/crisis situations • Making strategic decision on materials related within the site level job scopes and escalation to regional/global as required Acquire, Develop, Retain of Best People • To identify and hire right talent, develop high performance and motivated/engaged team with right competencies and capabilities
