  • Manage all aspects of the export process including order confirmation to shipment to post-sales support
  • Generate sales leads and quotes for international customer
  • Prepare and process all necessary export documentation
  • Resolve customer problems or issue related to export orders
  • Meeting monthly KPI and target
  • Building and maintaining good customer relationship management
  • Conduct market reach to identity new and potential overseas market for our product
  • Ensuring timely completion of payment collection.
  • The candidate must possess at least a diploma in Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods FMCG)export industry.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Excellent communication and business development skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage as need to support China market
  • Basic salary up to RM4500 (open discussion) depend on market rate and experience's
