- In charge and follow up existing international customer
- Manage all aspects of the export process including order confirmation to shipment to post-sales support
- Generate sales leads and quotes for international customer
- Prepare and process all necessary export documentation
- Resolve customer problems or issue related to export orders
- Meeting monthly KPI and target
- Building and maintaining good customer relationship management
- Conduct market reach to identity new and potential overseas market for our product
- Ensuring timely completion of payment collection.
- The candidate must possess at least a diploma in Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods FMCG)export industry.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to inquiries and follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage as need to support China market
- Basic salary up to RM4500 (open discussion) depend on market rate and experience's
- Sales commission (monthly)
