Responsibilities: 1. To assist in planning, organizing, monitoring & the effective implementation of the leasing plan. 2. To constantly look out for the latest retail concept/brands/products & services and to continuously review the tenant mix to ensure relevancy & good fit with prevailing market condition & leasing plan. 3. Initiate to negotiate the deal, retail leases and prepare proposals for new and renewing tenants. 4. Monitor and analyst tenant's sales turnover closely, make recommendations to immediate superior to renew, terminate, relocate or assistance to tenant. 5. Monitor and report tenancy occupancy rate to immediate superior from time to time. 6. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing tenants. 7. Attend and respond to tenants' and prospective queries in professional manner. 8. Actively manage and involve in market research activities by visiting competitors, observe practices, and suggest actions or strategy for further improvements. 9. Assist Finance Department in rental collection for difficult tenants. 10. Provide assistance to project team and other departments on all aspects of tenant fit out works as required. 11. Any other duties as assigned by the Management. Requirements: 1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field, or equivalent. 2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Leasing Executive. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication abilities. 4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Efficient, accurate with details and strong analytical skills. 6. Keep updated to the retail trend. 7. Result-oriented. 8. Good problem-solving skills
