SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (PETALING JAYA)

Responsibilities: -To participate in planning, managing and implementing Electrical & ELV services for projects. -To prepare Construction, Shop drawing & As built drawing for M&E System. -To ensure works are done as per contract's specification. -To assist pre-contract & tender division with tender support for Electrical & ELV services / project support. -To coordinate, monitor and review construction work progress. -To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as instructed. -Inspection and reporting of installation works completed by Contractor. -Ensuring all materials delivered to site conform with the approved specifications and Contract requirements. -Identifying all outstanding work to be carried out timely to meet the timeline stipulated in the Contracts. -Identifying potential problems and delay at site and report regularly to superiors on the progress of works. -Filing of all relevant forms, documents, reports, correspondence and records in accordance with ISO requirement. -To verify subcontractors’ claim progress and prepare progress claim for submission to client/consultant according to site monthly progress. -Attend and coordinate all M&E matters with various Consultants, Contractors and relevant Authorities. -Review and ensure M&E layout design in terms of functionality, buildability, maintainability, cost efficiency, and sustainability aspects are complied with. -Liaise and coordinate with Consultants for M&E submissions and approvals. Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent -Preferably candidates who has at least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Required skill(s): AutoCAD -Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage) -Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate to all levels. -Applicants must be willing to travel. -Full-Time position(s) available.
