Job Description We are looking for a business development manager to grow our business internationally. He/She is not required to be stationed in Singapore. He/She will identify and acquire distributors in new markets as well as build deep relationships with existing distributors across the globe. Job Description • Identify suitable & reliable business partner to join our distributorship business model • Identify business opportunities from different channel for profitable business growth • Preparing and sending quotation and proposals to the potential customers • To formulate effective sales channels and marketing activities to increase sales in international markets • Regular reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans in drive sales and revenue • Ability to clarify and communicate with customers, suppliers and etc • Good understanding of the market situation, ie customers, suppliers and competitors • Back-end service support to customer including product information, logistic and market info. • Coordinating with production team to drive growth and achieve all targets in Value & Volume. • Collaborate with QA and production team to identify customer requirements for translating the needs into product specifications • Building good customer relationship & establishing a long-term relationship • Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time • Possess own transport and willing to travel overseas. JOBS REQUIREMENTS • At least 3 years of working experience in Export Sales in Food Manufacturing, F&B or related field. • Good command of English in writing and communications. • Experience in dealing with related laws and regulations on import and export permits, licenses, etc • Target-drive, sales oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong focus on revenue. • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, planning, organizational, presentation and negotiation skills. • Must be proficient at analysis data, building reporting and making strategic recommendation based on data and trends. • Highly discipline and good working ethics. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Positive working attitude and result oriented. • A strong player with ability to work in fast paced environment. • Able to work independently
