ETL/ELT & Data Marts: Modify and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Data Mapping & Glossary: Define data mappings, data definitions, and maintain a business glossary. Data Models: Create new data models and update documentation (LDM/PDM). Reports & Performance: Build reconciliation reports and improve system performance through tuning. Data Analysis & Solutions: Develop methods to process and analyze data for informed decision-making. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for analytics and reports development, support user queries, and resolve issues with minimal impact. Data Systems Knowledge: Understand information systems, data modeling, business intelligence, and database design. Problem Solving & Organization: Strong skills in data analysis, coding, problem-solving, and time management. Technology Strategy: Collaborate with specialists to create IT strategies, investment plans, and enterprise architecture. Reports & Dashboards: Translate business needs into reports and dashboards, with knowledge of SQL and database design. System Maintenance: Manage master data and user administration for product management systems. Project Support: Help implement regional product management projects and create system documentation. Business Scenarios: Model and analyze business scenarios to support critical decision-making. SLA/OLA Management: Track and implement service-level agreements and work effectively in changing environments. Requirements  Bachelor’s Degree holder from a reputable institution of higher learning, preferably in Information Systems or any related fields  A recognised IT professional certification in the related field is preferable, e.g. ITIL, Project Management or equivalent
