STORE SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY 1. Responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a variety of products. 2. Ensure that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist in issuing of goods from the warehouse. 2. Assist in updating stock, housekeeping and arrangement. 3. Inspect goods in, receive and store goods. 4. Verify the stock received from vendors is accurate with Delivery Order. 5. Move inventory by scheduling material to be moved to and from the warehouse and coordinating inventory transfer with related departments. 6. Ensure the goods are packed and appropriate labels are printed for shipment. 7. Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical count, reconciling variance and inputting data. 8. Deliver supplies and equipment to the department by receiving and transferring items. 9. Ensure warehouse security and proper management in terms of warehouse management. 10. Any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior.
