Skills / Attributes / Competencies l. Knowledge In relevant Malaysian legislation and regulations. 2. Knowledge in industry code of practice and other guidelines which are related to the work scope 3. Able to generate risk assessment / Job Hazard Analysis with the Inputs from engineers, supervisors, and workers. 4. Able to support and perform incident investigation when required to do so. (Method may vary from Tripod Beta, 5 Why's) 5. Unsafe Act and Unsafe Condition reporting with the recommended control measures Main Responsibilities 1. Support QHSE Department in ensure full compliance in Quality & HSE legal and other requirements throughout the organization works and control premises. 2. Communicates information pertaining to Quality & HSE throughout the organization and promotes: Quality & HSE awareness. 3. Support QHSE Department in performing reporting, risk assessments, auditing and observes ll Quality & HSE related activities and policies within the organization. 4. Support QHSE Department in ensuring operations are conducted in a safe andefficient manner and in conformance to legal, provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing SBH / Sapura Energy | BH QHSE policies and procedures. 5. Support in performing post-incident investigations and communicates with the investigation team. and others until al action items have been closed. 6. Assisting the development and presentation of relevant Quality & HSE training. 7. Assisting the development and maintenance of QHSE Management System for the organization. 8. support in POR issuance and receiving of invoices in a timely manner. 9. Daily Productivity and man-hours record and analysis 10. Work closely with forwarders for import and export activities including custom clearance, shipping document preparation and permit application Minimum Job Funtions 1. Ensure oll fillings and documentation related to GHSE and Engineering are in piace and participates in projects for continual improvement 2 Ensure the Quality and HSE Concern Reporting are in recorded in QHSE Online reporting and follow Up on the closure of concerns 3. Perform other work-related tasks as required when assigned to.
