Infant Carer

Daily Care of Infants:

• Provide feeding, diaper changing, and ensure cleanliness of the infant throughout the day.

  Health Monitoring:

  • Monitor the infant’s health and report any changes or concerns to parents or management.

    Soothing and Comforting:

    • Calm the infant through gentle talking, cuddling, or play to meet their emotional needs.

      Sleep Supervision:

      • Ensure the infant sleeps safely and comfortably.

        Activity Supervision:

        • Supervise the infant during play or activities to ensure their safety.

          Collaboration with Parents:

          • Communicate with parents about the infant’s progress and provide daily updates on their activities and needs.

            Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:

            • Keep the infant’s sleeping area, play area, and overall environment clean and safe.

              Establishing Daily Routines:

              • Help the infant develop a healthy daily routine, including feeding, sleeping, and playtime.

                Identifying Health or Emotional Issues:

                • Monitor for any health, developmental, or behavioral issues and refer to the appropriate authorities if needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess PERMATA certification.

  Experience:

  • Must have prior experience in taking care of babies.

    Skills:

    • Knowledge of infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques.
    • Ability to monitor and respond to the physical and emotional needs of babies.
    • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.

      Health & Safety:

      • Understanding of basic infant health and safety practices.
      • First Aid certification is an added advantage.

        Communication:

        • Ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members.

          Other:

          • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
          • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
          • Positive attitude and passion for working with infants.
