Position Summary

As E-Commerce (Corporate) sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s online business-to-business (B2B) sales strategy. This position requires managing key corporate accounts, leveraging digital platforms to enhance sales performance, and building long-term relationships with business clients. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with the company's growth objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and Identify potential clients and markets to expand the corporate customer base
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Plan promotion programs with business units (Mobile, TV and Home Appliances) and marketing team for partners or customers.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Oversee the end-to-end B2B sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to streamline the sales process and enhance client engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular pre and post evaluation reports, sales reports for on effectiveness of marketing channels/ content.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for corporate clients.
  • Lead bi-weekly performance review meeting with internal and external parties.
  • Compile monthly promo/product launch calendar.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years working experience in B2B Sales in E-Commerce / Online / Home Shopping environment.
  • High adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced digital landscape.
  • Excellent ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve sales performance.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills for pitching to corporate clients.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and work cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on shared success.
  • Experience in sales, merchandising, online marketing, setting up E-Commerce business including platforms and business operations.
  • Experience in Payment and CRM platforms
  • Strong Leadership and Teamwork capability
  • Follow through and work with discipline to execute a mission on time with accuracy
