Senior Finance Executive

Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is highly preferred. Responsible for handling full set accounts Responsible for the day-to-day operational matter of the finance department Assist in preparation of budget and cash flow projection Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agent on annual audit and tax computation matter Assist in HR and payroll matter Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matter Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to maintain the integrity of financial data Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making Liaise with internal team and external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers to ensure compliance and optimal financial operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes Manage monthly payroll processing, including statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
