SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities and Duties 1. Procurement and Vendor Management: o Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for quality, cost, and delivery timelines. o Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and quality. 2. Inventory Management: o Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstocking. o Implement inventory control measures to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. 3. Logistics and Distribution: o Coordinate and manage transportation, warehousing, and delivery operations to meet customer requirements. o Optimize routes and transportation costs while maintaining on-time delivery performance. 4. Process Optimization: o Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and sustainability. o Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance operations. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Collect and analyze data to monitor supply chain performance and generate actionable insights. o Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders. 6. Compliance and Risk Management: o Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. o Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. 7. Collaboration and Communication: o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain operations with organizational objectives. o Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve any supply chain-related issues.
