ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR CUM QUANTITY SURVEYING EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1. Manage contract documentation, costs estimation, tender documents and BQ 2. Develops the bid cost estimate of project construction activities and service 3. Ability to source for supplier and subcontractor for quotation for tendering 4. Responsible on the overall preparation for quotation/tender documents to customers in a timely and accurate manner. 5. Co-ordinate with various departments as with customers and project teams to ensure all information is correctly compiled fort he quotation/tender preparation JOB REQUIREMENTS:- 1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electrical/Building or Quantity Surveying or equivalent 2. A least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position (Preferably Executive specialist in Engineering-Electrical or equivalent) 3. Highly motivated, responsible and able to work independently 4. Possess good verbal and communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Office applications 5. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia , English 6. Be able to attend site visit for tendering and costing activities. 7. Posses own transport and willing to travel.
