- Identify potential opportunities and challenges for product implementation.
Solution Development & Demonstration
- Craft compelling and tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Configure and customize product environments to showcase specific features and benefits.
- Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of the company's offerings.
Technical Expertise
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers.
- Address technical questions and concerns effectively.
Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and SOWs (Statements of Work).
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements to the presales process.
- Develop and maintain presales materials, such as demos, presentations, and case studies.
- Track presales activities and report on key metrics.
