Solution Development & Demonstration

  • Craft compelling and tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Configure and customize product environments to showcase specific features and benefits.
  • Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of the company's offerings.

Technical Expertise

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers.
  • Address technical questions and concerns effectively.

Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and SOWs (Statements of Work).
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to the presales process.
  • Develop and maintain presales materials, such as demos, presentations, and case studies.
  • Track presales activities and report on key metrics.
