Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks including: (a) Preparing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in all documentation based on site requests and requirements. (b) Receiving, inspecting, and signing for deliveries, including processing returns for incorrect or unsatis-factory items (if any). (c) Collect, verify, and inspect the purchase item to ensure it matches the order and invoice criteria. (d) Evaluate and facilitate approval on all purchase orders and coordinate with assistants and suppliers to ensure accuracy of all deliveries. (e) Monitor and evaluate all purchase order claims and ensure compliance to all company regulations (f) Coordinate with vendors to maintain optimal product quality and recommend improvements to all pricing (g) Confirm specifications for all services/supplies/equipment and recommend appropriate substitute (h) Review all purchase specification (i) Organize and participate in various meetings and prepare required reports to identify appropriate purchasing requirement (j) And any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
