Field Service Engineer (Home Based Penang)

Position: Field Service Engineer (Home Based Penang) Company Background: Our well-established client is a MNC technology company specializing in Semiconductor industry (Smart Card, passport/ePassport, Semiconductor and RFID industry). They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Field Service Engineer to be based in Penang. Job Descriptions: • Install, service, and maintain the equipment to ensure good and stable production. • To carry out training for customer. • To ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance. • Provide overview update on machine condition and situation after visit and follow up on customer feedback. • Provide feedback on the status of equipment to the customer after providing any kinds of support. • Other tasks assigned by superior. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent. • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in back-end process (Die Sorter, Pick & Place Process, Vision Inspection, Robot Handling) the related field is required for this position. • Experienced in machinery servicing environment. • Able to work independently, critical thinking, proactive in problem solving and creative in providing solutions. • 100% flexibility to travel abroad at any given time. • No issue to attend technical training with bond. • Candidate must be willing to travel to German for training. • Candidate must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka temporary until the Project kicked start in Penang. • Candidate must be willing to travel overseas to support client. • Candidate must be able to speak Mandarin as need to support oversea client in Taiwan.
