PROJECT ENGINEER

 Ensure that the fabricated steel will fit as planned, meets customer specifications, including but not limited to checking welds, welding consumables, base material, cut & formed parts, layout work, and coatings, and inspections are completed as required to support workflow and sequence.  Monitoring, and executing activities related to ensuring that inspections of fit-up assemblies are completed to the requirements of applicable specifications and codes.  Assists in identifying and solving quality non-conformances in a timely and cost-effective manner.  Works with QA/QC team to ensure the quality control program designed to make sure continuous production of products consistent with established standards is implemented and being followed.  Follow all company safety and quality requirements.  Review welding specs and/or requirements for each project and work with the team to solve fabrication challenges.
