Marketing Assistant (Sustainability)

* Assist in development and implementation of company net zero road map, sustainability strategy linked to UNSGD Sustainable Development Goals and 2030 Emission Target. * Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improving sustainability performance and reducing environmental impact from decentralized approach to a more structured approach. * Lead the implementation of sustainability management through performance tracking, monitoring, verification of data and reporting. * Lead sustainability programs and initiatives to improve awareness and knowledge on various aspects of sustainability, enhance the Company's visibility, and achieve industry recognition through awards. * Focal person in ensuring that the sustainability programs and initiatives are aligned and in compliance with company Corporate Sustainability Policy and practice, Local States and Federal Environmental Regulations and Standards. * Collect and analyze data for sustainability reporting and other stakeholder communication. * Measuring and reporting accurate records of sustainability metrics and ensure transparency in reporting. * Design and implement awareness and education program for employees. * Promote awareness, understanding and engagement amongst employees on sustainability issues and company initiatives through training, workshops and communications. * Monitor emerging trends and regulations to ensure proactive risk management. * Assess and identify risk and develop mitigation strategies. * Research and recommend innovative sustainability solutions and best practices. * Benchmark Company's sustainability performance against industry standards. * Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including PETRONAS, JV Partners, Regulatory bodies, Communities and Employees.
