Job Scope / Responsibilities : Developing project plans, outlining the tasks, timeline and resources required for successful project completion. Engaging with stakeholders, external parties and team member to gather requirement, provide updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that the project stay within financial constraints. Identify potential risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies and problem-solving to keep the project on track. Ensuring the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project objectives align with the organization’s goal. Generating regular progress reports, documenting project activities, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis. More details on the job description will be brief during the interview. Requirements : Diploma or Degree Holder in Architecture, Project Management or related field Experience in retail project management Able to liaise with contractor, designer, architect, local authority Ideally to have design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (AutoCad) Willing to travel to site if required
