• Sourcing and recruitment - continuously recruit and conduct interviews to ensure we have a healthy pipeline of people for our operations
• Manpower planning- prepare work schedule & seek replacement for any absentees
• Prepare monthly payroll and employee leaves report
• Manage employee relations for attendance, misconduct and performance
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administering admin duties involved in the whole recruitment cycle, which includes but not limited to recruitment reports update, preparation of preliminary salary proposal, ensuring relevant employment documents are in a complete order, preparation of offer letter, monitoring status update.
• Design and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture, increase engagement, and promote retention.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Manage performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and improvement plans.
• Develop innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent and strengthen the employer brand.
• To assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when required (bank/EPF account opening for employees, door opening, stock receipts etc.)
• At least 3 years experience in HR generalist roles, with a proven track record of managing various HR functions effectively
• Ability to work independently
