Operations Manager

Location available: Puncak Alam, Selangor Requirements: • Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team, including foreign workers. • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, with the ability to translate instructions effectively. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Knowledge of labor regulations and workplace safety standards. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Monitor the market trend & customer needs • Develop strategies, campaign, event, customer contract to enhance sales for brands • Creating analysis report • Meeting & working with marketing team, event agency, sales team or customers to maintain consistency in branding • Manage budget with marketing department • Assist sales team on their appointment with customers Benefits: • Annual Leave • EPF / SOCSO / PCS • Annual bonus & increment
