The Team
The Technical Training Department at GlobalFoundries (GF) is dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees through comprehensive training programs. This department plays a crucial role in ensuring that all team members are well-equipped to meet the demands of the semiconductor industry

Internship Opportunities:

  • Training Operations Intern: Assists in managing administrative tasks, coordinating with trainers, setting up training sessions, and tracking e-learning completions.

  • Content Management Intern: Helps audit and standardize training content, manage revisions, and transform content into videos. Utilizes data analysis tools to provide insights and reports.

Internship in Training Operations

Your Role

  • Assist in creating and revising trainer agendas.

  • Coordinate with trainers and send invites with necessary materials.

  • Book training rooms and ensure appropriate setup.

  • Track e-learning completions and manage access requests.

  • Set up laptops and phones for trainers.

  • Collect and submit attendance records.

  • Administer quizzes and collect feedback.

You are:

  • Currently a student enrolled in a Diploma / Undergraduate program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Excellent in organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Internship in Training Content Management

Your Role:

  • Assist in auditing and standardizing training content.

  • Review and revise training materials.

  • Upload and maintain training materials in the PLM system.

  • Track and manage content revisions.

  • Help transform content into bite-sized videos.

  • Utilize data analysis tools to create dashboards and analyze training data.

You are

  • Currently a student enrolled in a Diploma / Undergraduate program in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficient in video editing and content creation tools (Adobe Suite / Davinci etc)

  • Excellent in your command of the English language.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new software and tools.
