We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Account Director in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of creative solutions. You will coordinate teams and projects to ensure on-time delivery and execution excellence, while fostering collaboration internally and externally with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to deliver creative solutions that meet client briefs.
  • Coordinate and manage client communication plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration within Dentsu’s network to drive value for clients.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed plans to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance project value through innovative working methods.
Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong track record in client relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who excels in both individual and team settings.
