• To handle the full set of accounts (i.e. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables, Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow etc.), as well as prepare monthly closing, financial management reports and SST filings. • To monitor daily cash balance, bank reconciliation and account entries. • To ensure that any and all accounting and financial records and transactions are correct and up-to-date. • To liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents and company secretary when necessary. • To handle returns, and related tasks such as Zakat, EPF & SOCSO contributions), income tax submissions and SST related responsibilities. • To verify all internal Purchase Orders as well as external invoices and to ensure timely payments prepared to all payments, along with issuing payment vouchers to clients/vendors/suppliers. • To maintain a good relationship with suppliers and clients.
