• 2-5 years of SAP implementation experience with at least 2 full cycle new implementation projects delivered. • Hands-on experience on SAP S/4 HANA • Fluent in English language (both written and verbal) • Experience in design, analysis, development, documentation, testing and support work related to the modules • Prepare and conduct Blueprint workshop • Design to be processes and identify any gaps • Document Blueprint document • Document meeting minutes • Identify conversion objects • Configure and unit test the system • Document the configuration • Document, resolve and escalate issues • Define conversion and cutover strategy for the module involved • Define conversion template • Test conversion programs • Monitor and manage data conversion activities on the module involved • Perform trial conversion • Develop functional specifications for RICEFW development • Define test scenarios and test scripts • Design and maintain user access, roles and authorization profiles • Conduct User Acceptance Test • Prepare key user training document • Conduct key and end user training • Perform final cutover • Post implementation support and issue resolution • Support month end closing activities • Able to travel to client sites • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
