Production Supervisor

1. To organize, expedite and ensure the availability of the packaging and raw material before production. 2. To organize / coordinate /supervise /monitor / upkeep documentation on the daily production activities. 3. To motivate production workers to achieve the daily production target. 4. To report any machinery failure to maintenance department. 5. To report to production Executive and QA Executive any non-conforming products. 6. To ensure only quality product are produced. 7. To upkeep the cleanliness of packing area. 8. To ensure all workers comply with GMP requirements. 9. To act as an intermediary on transmitting information between the management & workers. 10. Setting up of production lines. 11. To adhere the quality objective, policies, processes, standard and ensure compliance is maintained to company QMS (Quality Management System) 12. To perform any other duty assigned to meet the department and company goals and objectives. 13. To oversee the performances and discipline of production workers SKILLS: • Good knowledge in production management • Possess good analytical and planning skills. • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all level of staffs. • Proactive and excellent analytical and problem solving skill and able to work effectively
