Site Supervisor

- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of construction activities, including materials, manpower, and subcontractors, to ensure timely and efficient project completion. - Conduct inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure all work adheres to quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations. - Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines. - Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain open communication, and ensure smooth project flow. - Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, progress, and issues. Prepare and submit timely reports to project management.
