Sales & Marketing Junior Executive

Job description JOB DESCRIPTION- SALES & MARKETING · Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. · Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. · Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. · Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. · Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO. · Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. · Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness. · Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential leads. · Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings. · Demonstrates a strong ability to drive sales and consistently meet or achieved sales targets. REQUIREMENT · Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in transport & logistic industry. · Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO). · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. · An independent, proactive and results-driven approach. · Able to start immediately is an advantage.
