Forest & Certification Manager (Based in Gabon, Africa)

We are seeking an eager, motivated Forest & Certification Manager leadership role in ensuring the Group and its operations have and continue to maintain the necessary certifications and accreditations as required by the business such as Forest Stewardship Council Certification (FSC-FM/FSC COC) or any other certification. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this company based at Gabon, Africa (2 years Contract) . Job Description: -Responsible that the Group’s forest management and chain of custody certification of under the FSC / SCS certification system. -Management of department -Establish, implement and update written policies, practices, procedures, SOPs, templates, checklists, etc. -Conduct training to enhance employee’s skill, knowledge, job performance, compliance, regulatory, etc. requirements -Provide timely reports to the Management including any safety, personnel, process or maintenance issues that have occurred.
