Job Description:
- Assisting with all aspects of customer service and administrative management.
- Maintain proper filing systems and records.
- Coordinating between departments and divisions in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day customer service matters.
- To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
- Provide administrative support function to the company.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- To assist the sales team of the database system.
