Job Description:

  • Assisting with all aspects of customer service and administrative management.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and records.
  • Coordinating between departments and divisions in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day customer service matters.
  • To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
  • Provide administrative support function to the company.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
  • To assist the sales team of the database system.
