1. Customer Service:- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback courteously and efficiently.
2. Cash Handling:- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.
- Ensure that all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
3. Order Management:- Take customer orders and ensure they are accurately entered into the POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
- Pack and hand over takeaway orders to customers.
4. Record Keeping:- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the manager.
5. Cleanliness and Organization:- Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Ensure that promotional materials and menus are displayed correctly and updated regularly.
6. Team Collaboration:- Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as clearing tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies.
Requirements:- Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required.
