Herbal Product Recommendations- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on herbal remedies based on patients’ needs or doctor’s prescriptions.
- Educate customers about the benefits and proper use of herbal products in line with TCM principles.
Clinic Maintenance- Ensure the clinic remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all areas, including consultation rooms, waiting areas, and storage spaces.
Herb Management- Assist in organizing, labeling, and storing raw herbs in an orderly and systematic manner to ensure easy access for prescriptions.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw herbs and report when restocking is required.
Patient Data Management
Experience in TCM Industry- Candidates with prior experience in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) field will have an advantage, as familiarity with herbal products, TCM practices, or clinic operations is preferred.
Language Proficiency- Must be proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with a diverse group of patients and customers, including Mandarin-speaking individuals.
