Herbal Product Recommendations

  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on herbal remedies based on patients’ needs or doctor’s prescriptions.
  • Educate customers about the benefits and proper use of herbal products in line with TCM principles.

    Clinic Maintenance

    • Ensure the clinic remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all areas, including consultation rooms, waiting areas, and storage spaces.

      Herb Management

      • Assist in organizing, labeling, and storing raw herbs in an orderly and systematic manner to ensure easy access for prescriptions.
      • Monitor inventory levels of raw herbs and report when restocking is required.

        Patient Data Management

        • Accurately upload and update patient information in the clinic’s computer system.
        • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of patient records in compliance with data privacy policies.

          General Support

          • Assist TCM practitioners in daily clinic operations, such as preparing herbs for prescriptions and coordinating with customers for appointments.
          • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering guidance about clinic services and products.

Experience in TCM Industry

  • Candidates with prior experience in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) field will have an advantage, as familiarity with herbal products, TCM practices, or clinic operations is preferred.

    Language Proficiency

    • Must be proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with a diverse group of patients and customers, including Mandarin-speaking individuals.

      Computer Skills

      • Basic proficiency in computer applications for tasks such as managing appointments, organizing clinic records, and uploading patient data into the clinic's system.

        Personal Attributes

        • Demonstrates a proactive approach to work with a high level of responsibility and dedication.
        • Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.
        • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
